can you tell me anything about this hopkins & allen? i can't find any numbers on it

should have company name and address as well as some patent dates on the top of the barrel rib. serial numbe on the bottom of the butt or under the grips. typical H&A in not very good condition made between about 1888 and 1899. value in this condition about $50. made for black powder cartridges.
