I know, but they don't have regular large rifle primers. That is what I need.

There are 8 basic types of primers, small is one diameter/large is well, larger there are height differences between rifle/pistol.

then there is regular/standard primers ( they are the same ) and magnum primers for different load recipes.

so you've got the follow:

large pistol primer
large pistol magnum primer

small pistol primer
small pistol magnum primer

large rifle primer
large rifle magnum primer

small rifle primer
small rifle magnum primer

heres a link to cci's primer chart, alot of good info there if you're interested. Reloading is a very enjoyable hobby, get to make cheap accurate ammo and shoot more!

I hear you on that; everything has been pinched in my budget as of late. In the meanwhile, read up on whatever you can about reloading, if you're going to get into it. If you can, pick up at least one manual and that will give you plenty of reading for awhile. I've seen used copies of manuals go for 10-15 bucks at the shows and online. By the time you're ready to dive into it, you'll have the research put in to find the right set-up for you. You'll be familiar with the terminology and basic equipment too. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to post'em up.
