Default THE HUEY CLUB....FLYING THE LEGEND....

Many of you flew in them lots more than I ever did, me with hitch hiking rides about...it's that sound that I recall more than anything...I noted these were from 2006 so they've probably been posted already.....Chief

What a ride better than the ones I had in the 60's. If I ever get to Cape Town I may have to check it out.

Have a great day

Had many rides in Huey's usually to places I didn't want to go back in 66/67. Sure was an amazing aircraft and could take a lot of hits and still fly. A bunch of us wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the Huey. Thanks for the memories.

I loved jumping out of them, but that was only in training. We used Blackhawks overseas.

Hi Guy's'
don't know if you remember my son Kevin, starting a website for the "Huey", well he's added a facebook page too. Members include Pilots, Door Gunners, Crew Chiefs, Veterans and fans of the HUEY. Everybody is welcomed to join.

My last unit was HMLA-775, a reserve Huey/Cobra squadron.
No flying, just maintaining. I was the reserve maintenance chief.
