I was at a Gander Mountain store today. There was a pistole that looked like a Browning HP clone, it said Indian Ordanance MK1A on the slide. The guy behind the counter didn't know anything about it. Must have been used, the tag said $249.95 Has anyone seen one of these? Is it OK, or junk?
May just save up to get a real Browning.

Do a Google search on Indian Ordanance MK1A
I found several articles and a couple of reviews there. |

I couldn't find very much about it other than it is a close copy of the Inglis (SAE) version of the HP and some guys in other forums thought they shot OK. And most of them are $50 to $100 more at their local Gander than the one you saw.
Will see if the Gander here has one as I've never had a 9mm of my own and like Browning designs. Be interested to see who is importing them.
