Proper 45 colt crimp/Die - The Firearms Forum

I have the Lee 4die set, my question is the Lee factory die crimp considered a roll crimp? I'm using Oregon Trail LC bullets and they suggest a heavy roll crimp ( Ruger only loads). Thanks, Sage

Yes, its a roll crimp.

The latest caliber or gear is no substitute for experience and skill. Rifles and cartridges don't make hits -- shooters do. Fact of life: After Monday and Tuesday, even the calendar says WTF!
