Does anyone know of a drop in lighter trigger to put into a Glock? Something I dont need to pay Wilson to do?

It isn't extremly hard to put the lighter 3.5# trigger disconect. Which will drop it to around 4 pounds depending on what brand is used, and take alot of the creep(travel) out of it. You would need to be fairly competent at fully dissasemblig a Glock down.
I wouldn't advice trying it yourself it can be somewhat difficult puttin it back toghter. I have taken quite a few of them down to nothing but parts. And their are a few little tricks(secrets) to removing certain parts that could have you pulling your hair out
If you have a local certified Glock Armorer, You should take it to them.

Do yourself a favor and trash the Glosh and buy a real gun. A 1911 don't have those probles and if so, are easily fixed.
