A good friend of mine and his wife found out a year ago in August that she had lukemia. She got a bone marrow transplant last Febuary and we all thought she was doing great. About a week ago she started feeling bad again and they left Sunday to go back to Houston. He called me today and told me they were going to have to do another transplant and were only giving it a 20% chance of working. This man and his wife are like a second family to us.

Heavenly Father, today is a day we set aside for thanksgiving, and we are truly grateful to you for your many blessings to us.
But even on this day of thankfulness, Lord, we find there are dire needs. We, your people, are joining together from places all over this world you created and bringing one of these needs before you this morning. Some of us know this lady personally, but most of us do not. The Doctors are giving her only one chance in five of surviving this ailment she has been diagnosed with. But Lord, You are the Great Physician. With you, all things are possible. We lift her up before you this morning, Lord, and ask for you to be merciful to her. We ask, Father, that you would give this lady a healing touch. We ask that you would confound the earthly physicians with a total healing. We know they will call it a "spontaneous remission", but those of us that are uplifting her this morning will all know what really happened here. We ask for a total and complete healing, father. We ask that you would grant strength to her husband at this time as he deals with this horrible news. We ask that you would be with her entire family and all of her friends too as they each go through this. We beseech you, Lord, that you would grant this family thankfulness today. And we ask all of these things in the name of Jesus the Christ, the Son of the Living God. Amen -

Lord Jesus
Thank you for your healing touch. I pray your healing flow go to these diseased cells and heal them. I speak curses to this cancer; in the same manner & authority in which you Lord spoke to the fig tree and caused it to wither. I pray Father, in the name of Jesus you cause this cancer to wither & die. I pray LIFE into this woman & I proclaim the victorious blood of Jesus that has power to heal all matter of disease. Heal this woman in Jesus name! Amen |
