Reminds me of the South African stuff almost, if it compares to that it should be excellent all around ammo for general shooting. It looks good too.

I think its a tradgedy when brass cases are berdan primed, what a waste of brass!!

That is the reason I would not buy them.

I believe they are nickel plated copper jacket.
Looks like what aimsurplus is selling currently.
You might want to give them a look www.aimsurplus.com

This is a copy of the statement put out by ammo man regarding the jacket.

Cupronickel: (sometimes incorrectly written as "Cupernickel" or "Coppernickel") is an alloy of copper that contains nickel and strengthening elements, such as iron and manganese. It is highly resistant to corrosion in seawater, because its electrode potential is adjusted to be neutral with regard to seawater. Because of this, it is used for piping, heat exchangers and condensers in seawater systems as well as marine hardware, and sometimes for the propellers, crankshafts and hulls of premium tugboats, fishing boats and other working boats. A more familiar common use is in silver-coloured modern circulation coins. A typical mix is 75% copper, 25% nickel, and a trace amount of Manganese. In the past true silver coins were debased with cupronickel. Despite high copper content, the color of cupro-nickel remarkably is silver.

It should be great plinking and target ammo except for the fact that you can't reload it. Dynamit/Nobel, the original makers of dynamite, are one of the best ammo companies around. And if it is NATO Spec you know pretty much all about it, the same specs that Lake City uses.

bullet jackets are a bi-matal alloy with a high nickel content, thats why they are silver. the very same type bi-matal jackets used on WW2 8mm german mauser ball ammo...
