Default Besides guns... what other hobbies take your money?

Mine would be guitar and saltwater aquariums, and tinkering, in school for mechanical engineering, so I always like to be building something

hunting, fishing, woodworking, cb radios....yes cb radios, in the age of cell phones, digital this and digital that, i still use cb radios and kickers. But hey, I'm a truck driver so I dabble in cb's. And if anyone is curious my main radio is a Galaxy 88, tuned and peaked of course, about 40 watts barefooted. Road King 56 microphone, 300 watt Silver Eagle 2 pill kicker, and a Wilson 2000 anttenna. Grab the anttenna shaft and my mirror bracket at the same time and it will burn you like a blow torch when it's keyed. Pretty soon my main hobby is going to be changing diapers though......

Guitars, amps and guitar effects processors. For example, it was just on Monday that I paid $1,700 for a new Peavey Wolfgang Special Custom Deluxe electric guitar. The other 11 guitars I currently own were getting lonely.

I promised my wife that I would not own more than a dozen guitars. I had to sell one guitar, that I barely touched, in order to get this new one.

X, Nice mini. There are quite a few of those here in Huntsville.

My main hobby right now is finish builtding my house. Clearing underbrush, cleaning up my land. The land had not been touched for 15-20 years before I bought it. Also, I had 2 places that had been used as dumps before garbage service was started in the county. County is going to provide jail inmate help with these spots.

Then fishing. I have a large creek on the property that I like to wade for flyfishing and spincast for the largemouth, smallmouth and the 'tropical colored' bream. Beautiful colors.

I hunt just to put meat in the freezer. If a sho nuff trophy comes along then BAMM!

Right now I can't afford any other hobbies. I'm trying to pay for school and my wife. Plus, she had a wreck, so I'm doin body work to her car. 2 fenders, a bumper and a passenger door.

I want to do reloading and get some more guns(4 guns doesn't make much of a collection).
