I was at the gun show today and I couldnt resist. Im now on my 3rd 1911(Which includes 2 Springfield Armory 1911s, a 3" & 5" G.I. .45 model), its a Kimber Pro Covert II. Havent shot it yet, will tomorrow though. Well Shes a beauty. Ive got 2 extra Chip McCormick Shooting Star 8RD Mags. And I can say that I absolutely love the Crimson Trace Laser Grips, they are awesome. That and the fact that this gun has a factory Loop-Back Hammer, Palm-Swell Beavertail, Extended Thumb Safety, Meptolite Night sights & match trigger w/ 4#-5# trigger pull.
Guess I'll have to change my signature picture now!

Looks good to me.
What, no mag-well? Just funnin ya. Those grips are fun to play with. Just shot a match last night, using a laser. What a blast.

Id like to get a magwell for it but would one work with the laser grips? Im guessing I would just have to get on that is attached by the bottom grip screws.

The mag-well that fits over the lower screws would be the easiest to install, Shouldn't interfere with the laser. You do have to watch which mags you are going to use. I have some straight sided extenders for 8 rounders that will not fit in a mag-well, as well as 10 rounder. Others have the taper on the extension that allows it to fit. Mag-wells do make for a quicker reload, especially on single stacks.
