I bought a Bersa Thunder and a Taurus .22 revolver at the gun show yesterday. When I get home my neighbor calls me and says he is going to sell his Taurus 24/7 Pro .45. I took a look at it and it seems to be a decent gun and I have always had good luck with Taurus stuff so we start negotiating. $250 later I have a new .45 with 3 mags and about 50 rounds of good defensive ammo. I gave it a much needed bath last night and now it is ready for action.

Sounds like a good deal you got. Is the Taurus 24/7 Pro the model that looks like the Beretta 92 model?

I have a 24/7 pro just like that in a 40 cal and a 24/7 pro 45 compact that have been dependable. I dont use them much anymore, but they are decent guns.
