Default My future Fitz Special.....

After coming across a sweet deal on a re-blued 1917, I think future plans will include a rounded butt, 3" barrel, bobbed hammer, and semi-cut trigger guard.....

kinda like this..... but without the cut off trigger guard....

Until then I'll just have to carry her in style.....

with my other 1917...

I think it would be a decent carry piece in 45 ACP after rebarreling with the short BBL and even the bobbed hammer but cutting away the front of the trigger guard isn't something I'd want done. I just don't like how they look but everyone see's things differently. I own an old Colt Police Positive Special that was made in 1927 if my memory serves me rightand with a 6" BBL they are great old revolvers. Good luck with you project.

Bad pictures, but it doesn't look like a reblue to me.
