Could you take that to one of Obozo's town hall meetings?

AT 700 pounds it might be a bit to lug around, LOL!
But it should be legal, no 'bayo lug', large cap mag, pistol grip, etc.

Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon in front of them
Volley'd and thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
Boldly they rode and well,
Into the jaws of Death,
Into the mouth of Hell
Rode the six hundred.

Many infantrymen saw this image as they approached an enemy line.
Few lived to tell of it.

A buddy had a small field cannon on a Naval carriage back in high school that he purchased for a few hundred dollars from a Revolutionary War Re-Enacting acquaintance. We shot golf balls out of that thing a few times. The golf ball would fit almost perfectly down the bore with a small air gap around the perimeter. Fooooooore!!!!!! That cannon you're showing would need some sort of sabot for golf balls. I'd put several Dixie cups and some paper towel wadding around a golf ball and see how it worked!!!

Of course that cannon might be robust enough to try concrete-filled 12 oz. drink cans. Mayyyyybe... Perhaps that's what your friend has in mind?...

LOL! Considering that it fires an 8 pound round shot, yes, a sabot of some type would be needed for golf balls. We've been working out loads at 600 yd, using 1/2 lb of F, with good results to date. Needless to say, one does NOT stand within the wheels, as recoil is 8 to 10 feet, a fair amount of 'jump'!

That would be too cool, but unfort our national competition is the preceeding weekend, and I'm afraid we'd be too tired to make another long drive.

By the way, for all that like the large noise-makers, the North-South Skirmish Assoc. (N-SSA) Fall Skirmish Competition is the last week of September. Artillery Matches begin at 2 p/m, at our 800 acre national range just outside of Winchester,VA. Competition will happen, rain or shine. There will be wonderful examples of working civil war artillery and dim correct repros firing for score. There is no admission or parking fee, however, ear protection is recommended.

I'm just vaguely familiar with Neil Young and I don't much care what he thinks or thought and I didn't know he is Canadian. I am old enough to remember Jim Crow and about as soon as I was able to think for myself I decided it was wrong. I have never mistreated anyone because of his race. Fact is, I have rarely mistreated anyone for any reason. Most Southerners either have never been racists or have repented. Back to the subject, it's not a Southern thing, it's a Glock thing. Glocknut is after all, a Southerner, which I find inexplicable. I'm not a fan of Glocks, I have never owned one, I have shot one once and I have held a few. Just not impressed.

I don't hate you because you are a Canadian, I hate you because I am a conservative. We hate everybody. Just ask Robert Gibbs, Rahm Emanuel or Barack Obama.
