A223M855R Hot Shot 5.56x45/.223 SS109 62grn FMJ

New Romanian Hot Shot brand 5.56x45 (.223) SS109 ammunition. Features a 62grn steel core full metal jacketed bullet, brass case, and non-corrosive berdan primer. Packaged 20rds to box, and 800rds (40 boxes) to a sealed "spam" can. Can opener included.

You guys are the best on info. What do you think about this ammo??? It's cheap, but a brass case (unlike Wolf,etc.). Would it feed thru an AR? Would you shoot it? Thanks.

Can't speak specifically to your AR, but I have recently bought about 60 rounds (local range) Hot Shot in .303 British for my Enfield, and have had no trouble at all with it. I'll continue to buy it.

Not sure if you reload or not, but you can't reload that brass (berdan primed).

I've no experience with it's quality.
