If he claims that caffeine makes him a murderer, then why am I not a serial killer? BS bro. Your just placing blame on your own mental instability. Your lawyer got some nads to play this one out. Out of the millions and millions that consume caffeine everyday your the only one driven to murder, yeah right.

The key word here is "excessive". Caffeine along won't make you a murder, but over 400 mg in a day may cause mental instability.

I'm not concerned. I don't think he's got any chance of convincing a Kentucky jury to swallow this BS. The best he can hope for is a change of venue to San Francisco.
