Winchester Model 70 .375 H&H - The Firearms Forum

I have a Winchester Model 70 XTR Super Express .375 H&H Magnum
I know it was made in or about 1984.
It is in pristine 99.9% condition and has had only 20 rounds ever fired thru it, and it's verified.
It was purchased in Alaska in 84'.
What is a realistic resale value for it today?
