Default SKS HELP

I have a norinco SKS that I want to clean and inspect the fireing pin. The cleaning instructions say to grease the bolt and bolt carrier. Would Frog lube or Silver Bullet Gun Oil be the better lube for this?

Thanks for the advice.

I would just a little Silver Bullet, do not us so much that it is sticky to the touch.
