Default 30-06 Frangible

I bought this several yrs ago at a gunshow. I was told it was Bakelight bullets. Green tip, silver stripe and grey projectile.

It's 40 rds in two plain grey boxes of 20 rds each. only markings are OJP 1961.

Anyone have any information on this stuff?

Headstamped with OJP 61 IV

The head stamp indicates it's German made. The same US made ammo is in military marked boxes.
