I just saw the same thing on the Weather Channel.It is a sad situation.

No surprise though. I just wish Rita had landed squarely on New Orleans. Not out of spite, mind you, but because I'd rather see the damage from Rita happen to a city that's already ruined, instead of ruining another perfectly good city.

Nope, but knowing the Mayor and Governer.......they`ll need to get paid twice for the same damage and line pockets behind the scenes. Thats the Democratic way. They see it as an oppertunity for cash flow, not a disaster.
