RULES OF ENGAGEMENT ... YEAH RIGHT!
Anger and frustration ... Thats me ...
The sooner the upper echilon gets their head out of there a$$e$ and realize that this is no game and that the Geneva Convention routine is "out the window" .....
We need to:
Remove the "imbedded media" .....
Turn our guys lose .....
Heat up the barrels .....
Terminate "EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING" that moves and then some .....
Prisoners? ..... What prisoners .....
Give our warriors the chance they deserve to survive and quit playing fair while the other side plays dirty .....
They can end this thing in a heartbeat .....
This is nothing more than Vietnam revisited for me and our warriors are fighting with one hand tied behind they're back ......
I was "extremely fortunate" to survivie the battle of Hue City and speaking from "personal experience" I can tell you that street fighting will be "extremely difficult" and when our warriors get to Baghdad they had better not have that hand tied cause they are definately going to have their hands full ..... Both of them. Nor should they have their hands tied at all as from what I can see they have ever since this war began ...
Reverse it if you will .....
Do you think for one minute that if we were fighting on our very own soil that the enemy is going to give a hoot or not whether there are civilians in the immediate area .....
I don't think so ... Not for one stinking second ...
This Is War!
Not some kids game ...
Quote from a North Vietnamese Officer ......
"Strike Only To Win"
"Or Do Not Strike At All"
May God Be With Our Warriors .....
There gonna need Him .....

In my opinion, our Military has gone WAY!!!!!!! to soft in it's
BT/AIT for starters, I also think that the volunteer system
is a load of bullshit!
What I'm trying to say is that this new soft training and commercialism over the past several years has gotten too commercialized, and God forbid a DS yells too loud!
The service needs a reversal somewhat in it's training tactics! Another thing is, if there's city/house to house fighting, than it's time to bring in the boys from the city to do the point fighting, not boys/men from the county/farm/mountains! If that means bringing a "selective" type draft back into play, then so be it!
What we need is street fighting men, those who know the deal inside the streets and know what, where & who to look for!
