In place of the two terms, Scotland Yard suggested using “greenlist” and “redlist.”

However, Scotland Yard said it does not reflect an official change in policy.

“It is a change in internal information communications technology terminology which reflects a more appropriate use of language,” the agency said in a statement to the newspaper.

Seems like the "Yard" is following the lead of a Texas county board of supervisor(s) that objected to the term , "black hole", applied to an examination of the revenues/expenses of a department for which he had oversight .
