I belive what you have is a Savage model 1903 .22 short, long, long rifle slide action hammerless rifle. 5 shot detachable magazine with 24" octagon barrel, open rear sight, bead front. Take down model. Produced from 1903 until 1922.
Condition is a big factor by what I can see I'm thinking a couple of hundred retail, but it's been a while since I've run across one of these.
