Default Open letter

I thought about posting this with Marlin's post, but decided it needed its own thread.

To: armed_and_safe@technologist.com
Subject: 2nd Notice, Please Act Now

Please use the link or e-mail address listed below to add your
name to an Open Letter in support of Alabama Chief Justice Roy
Moore's defense of religious liberty and states' rights as defined
by our Constitution in what is, potentially, the most important
and influential First and Tenth Amendment test case in decades.

Join more than 50,000 Patriots who have already signed on to
support and defend our Constitution. Act now and please forward
this request to family members, friends and associates.

Our Constitution provides a mechanism for its alteration by
amendment, not adulteration by judicial decree. That premise
is the basis for Justice Moore's case. Justice Moore is rightly
defending the original intent of the Founders, who drafted and
approved the Bill of Rights, against erroneous interpretation by
an activist judiciary.

To assess the importance of this case, consider this evaluation
from 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Ed Carnes, who ruled
against Justice Moore: "If Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore's
Ten Commandments monument were allowed to stand, it would mean
a massive revision of how the courts have interpreted the First
Amendment for years." Indeed, it would. Justice Moore, a USMA
(West Point) graduate and decorated Vietnam veteran, is not
going down for the count, and will prepare a new petition to the
U.S. Supreme Court "to resolve clearly our inalienable rights to
acknowledge God under the First Amendment."

Support religious liberty, limited government and states
sovereignty as guaranteed by our Constitution.

My heart aches when anyone that's right is treated wrongly.

This fight between my good friend Roy Moore and the lawless idiots that would tear down all that we believe in and for which the Founding Fathers fought back in the late 18th Century is a stark example of the direction that willbe the watchword if we don't call a sudden and irreversible halt to it.

I signed in on the Petition early on but wish I could again and again.

I think some are signing and not reporting in back here. Ruffitt also posted it over at Robby's, which I wasn't smart enought to do.

You're so right, Tac.

We need to keep it before us until all have done so!
