Would this have anything to do with the Roberts appointment

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools was declared unconstitutional Wednesday by a federal judge ruling in the second attempt by an atheist to have the pledge removed from classrooms. The man lost his previous battle before the U.S. Supreme Court

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton ruled that the pledge's reference to one nation "under God" violates school children's right to be "free from a coercive requirement to affirm God."

The prior case was never ruled on by SCOTUS. They merely refused toaccept it due to no jurisdiction. They ruled that the nut had no interest and therefore the case was frivilous.

He refiled it with himself and several other parties as the parties in interest and started all over again. Time will tell if the SCOTUS will hear it upon arrival this time.....

Never, in the whole history of mankind, did a nation die without being rotted inside. Tanks to ABC, CNN, NBC, Ted "The Swimmer, B. Boxer, D. Feinstein, J. McCain et al... et al...

The most dangerous enemies of this country are the politicos and "Journalists" that pretend to care for the nation!

The solution: vote out ANYONE that is in office. Do it for 20 years and I can promise you that "we the people" will have a voice again.

Will not happen. The swimmer is reelected for more than 40 years! Want to kill someone? Become a politician, than you can do it without any trouble.
