You've got a very nice rifle there, and most people would consider it a "first year production" (though Winchester actually made serial #s 1 thru 19 in 1935 and yours was made in 1936).
While some Winchester collectors might pay a premium for a very early production Model 70, the Blue Book lumps the values of all pre-WWII (pre- 1941) Model 70's together.
.30-06 was the most common of the calibers in which the pre-WWII Model 70was offered, so the value is less than some of the more rare calibers.
