Bloomberg has always felt that if someone, somewhere, could do something at any given moment, it needed a law to govern that persons actions. He will be more fun when his last term a mayor is over and he can take his show on the road full time.

Bloomers has come to the erroneous conclusion that Mayor of New York City means Mayor of the United States of America.
