S/N 34-95904 . Can someone hazard a conservative value of this revolver? Condition looks to be good, very little wear, a little discoloration on the sides of the hammer.

$200 in excellent condition, according to the 11th Edition of Modern Gun Values.

I've seen these in the condition described bring upwards of $225 at gunshows.
