Default gun for meat shoot

what would be the best choke to use at the local VFW meat shoot---first one is tomorrow and all the rules said was under 36 inch barrell and they use a plug to check the gauge i guess--any help will be appreciated---i loved the bacon i won last year--took my ruger red label--after everyone quit laughing, i got LUCKY-anyway thanks sm
