afew years ago the Un came up with a cartoon to show how the UN would help people all their lives

it showed a 3 yr old called valerie going to a UN school that had no guns as it was a gun free zone

it also showed valerie when she wanted to get health shots and other things , then it showed valerie to start her own business and get a business loan from the EU small business office , then showed how they would help if she went broke or retired and get a pension

Obama and his hacks have taken that and made a nice web based cartoon character and called her Julia

someone who the rest of you will have to subsidise all her life and the UN business loan is like a loan shark loan that will keep her broke and in debt to the overlords

you'll pay her health levy you'll pay her insurance and you'll pay her retirement

but thats life under the UN or their chattle operatives like obama

its true source was the selling of the EU on how it would benefit all thiose individuals if they accepted the UN's mandate on the EU
