and our friend colon (conlon ) is involved , he's the architect for the bunker in the kingsgrove house ( if those of you who remember the brigade early days on facebook , the bunker being built ? )
MILITARY-style assault rifles and other firearms were found following police raids in the north coast and in Sydney yesterday. Police have been conducting investigations into the suspected supply of illegal firearms in that area, and executed a search warrant at South Arm, near Port Macquarie, about 9.30am yesterday. Police located and seized parts for the assembly of up to 20 AR-15 assault rifles. They also located five handguns, including a Colt 45 revolver, a Smith and Wesson revolver and a semi-automatic pistol; and a sawn-off, fully-automatic .22 calibre rifle. Numerous documents and varying calibres of ammunition were also seized. Following that, detectives raided a home in Giraween Street, Kingsgrove, in Sydney’s south about 6.30pm. A 54-year-old man was arrested outside the home and taken to St George Police Station. At this property, detectives seized a semi-automatic pistol, additional parts for AR-15 assault rifles and approximately 20,000 bullets and casings. Equipment suspected of being used to manufacture and modify firearms and assemble ammunition was also located, as well as manuals and books on the manufacture of firearms and military paraphernalia. The man was subsequently charged with the aggravated possession of firearms. He has been refused bail to face Sutherland Local Court today. The offence carries a penalty of up to 20 years’ imprisonment. The Firearms and Organised Crime Squad are now continuing their investigations under Strike Force Dareen. Investigations are underway to determine if the firearms were being prepared for supply to criminals throughout NSW. An AR-15 assault rifle can fetch more than $25,000 on the black market. Firearms and Organised Crime Squad detectives will also look into how long the supply operation has been running and the possible involvement of other individuals. Acting Deputy Commissioner - Specialist Operations, David Hudson, commended officers involved in yesterday’s raids for their work in detecting another illegal firearm-supply operation. “Police have broken another illegal firearms-supply chain and prevented at least 20 military-grade weapons and a number of handguns making it into the hands of criminal groups and onto our streets,” Deputy Commissioner Hudson said. “The operation is testament to the NSW Police Force’s ongoing focus to stamp out gun crime, but it also demonstrates that there is much more work to be done in the detection and prevention of illegal firearms being brought into this country. “In recent weeks, the community of NSW has again had to experience a number of public-place shootings, including several where people have been seriously injured. “To resolve this we need to continue to work in partnership with other agencies to address the constantly-changing methods criminals are using to obtain illegal firearms. Deputy Commissioner Hudson added that the community could assist police by reporting any information regarding the possession and supply of illegal firearms anonymously to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

In AZ it would read, "Police were told of a man with parts for 20 AR-15 military style rifles, 20,000 rounds and magazines. The police asked for the man's phone number to see if any of the parts or ammunition were for sale."
All giggles aside, the full auto 22 rifle would be the high jump here, too, 30 years and $300,000 if you don't have the proper paperwork...then it would be, "Police were told of a man with a sawn off fully automatic 22 caliber rifle. Upon confirming the man had his legal tax stamp per NFA of 1934, they asked the man if they could shoot the rifle." I'll bite - what's the "bunker"? |

When will your government (and ours) realize that when guns are outlawed, only outlaws have guns. Sounds to me like the lunatic muslims pose a real threat to the safety and security of your citizens. The logical solution is more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens.
