I hate people like that. That is when you need to do a 180 and go up his butt with a scope. What a jerk! Negative Louisiana. BS, I'll have everyone know, Louisiana did not corner the market on corrupt politicians. They are everywhere. If other states think they don't have corrupt politicians then people are sleeping. We have great industry here, (look at energy) the spice of life, world class fishing and hunting.
