Default Mil Powder

Anyone know what powder the military specifies for its LC 5.56 and 9mm Nato rounds?

All of the Mil Surp powder I have seen for 5.56 is WC844. I use it for loading 223. It is an equivilent or very close to H-335. If you use any use the starting data for H-335 and work it up. I don't know about 9mm.
