Default What gives

How is it that more times than not when you talk to someone of the phone about support services you are going to get somebody that can barely understand what they are saying i find this to be very frustrating to deal with.

Try talking to the guys at "7-11"or other small stores down here & its the Same thing!

I bought a part from Numrich a few months back & when I talked to there "Teck" I could not understand a word he was saying.
I think he got pizzed when I asked to speak to someone else.

Way too many support services have been farmed out to India. Its hilarious watching them in classes trying to learn english. If you cant understand them ask for someone that speaks english, preferably in America. You dont need to worry about offending anyone.
