I have a 1903 or A3 or M2 or NM butt plate. I THINK!
Here's the deal, the butt plate has no trap door. It is the heavy course checkered style. It was on a SAA scant stock. I'm pretty sure(about 99%)it is the type used on the M2 .22 training rifles. The question is, did they also use this type of butt plate on NM rifles? Thanks in advance, AJ
