Default Weatherby SAS

Has anyone out there had any experience with the Weatherby SAS semi-auto shotgun? I've been looking to get a semi-auto shotgun that will handle 3 inch magnums and these seem to be a little more affordable than some others. They feel good in my hands, but I can't stand an unreliable shotgun! I would use it upland and also turkey. How would it compare to the Benelli M1? Thanks for the input!

welcome to TFF

I don't have the slightest clue out this shotgun. Hopefully someone will come along who has shot one.

You know, I handled the SAS at the SHOT Show and was not that impressed. I could not see much difference between the SAS and the guns being imported by Charles Daly.
