Look at the audience they're appealing to after all... The people they're appealing to generally 'like' CNN because it coincides with their belief set. Their belief set is obviously of a flagrant liberal type if it corresponds with CNN's reporting style. I'm not surprised at all with this. I don't think it's representative of our population as a whole.

Keep in mind that the CNN page in question is their international edition. They are reaching the EU audience immediately following the shooting in Germany.

"Somebody broke the law. Should we therefore pass another law?"

The poll has been taken down. The last result I saw was 60/40.
