F&S has published its list of the 50 best guns. At the top is the pre-64 Winchester model 70. I was a little surprised by that. Anyone got a different opinion?(I know you do!)

I heard about it too.. its 50 best "hunting" guns I believe.. haven't found the mag yet, and I heard the remington 870 is #10.. rightfully so..

They have some handguns in there too. The S&W 29 and 500 made the list. Also the Contender and Rem. XP100.

He's got a pretty wide selection, being that it's the 50 best hunting guns ever. Pretzel seems to always incur the wrath of readers of Field and Stream. I kinda like the guy and bet he'd fit in around here perfectly.
