VA reorganization being planned. - The Firearms Forum

Anyone heard about the plan to reorganize the VA?
Seems part of the plan involves closing 7 small "barely used" VA facilities. I don't remember the locations of the facilities to be closed. I believe they were mostly in the south., tho.

I apologize for not having a link to post, but I believe there is something about it on va.gov.

Can't say that I have heard of it but I would'nt doubt something like this happening.

Kinda funny when you think of it because with all the problems they are experiencing with getting veterans "IN" you would think they would leave "everything" open to accomodate the vets that have been "standing in line" trying to seek help ...

I saw something about it on tv. Showed of map of hospitals they are going to close. They were scattered around but I think moslty in the east. One was in upstate NY I remember.
