the tutorial is posted at News.SilentStreakPress.com. The guy says it takes about 4 hours with common tools. What remains to be done on these frames is the cutting of the groove that the slide rails run in. It is perfectly legal to buy and own and finish these frames, but you can never sell or trade them. You can, however, sell the rest of the gun's parts. You can read up about 80% frames and AR-15 lowers at The Tannery Shop, AR-15.com and KT Ordnance. A Yahoo search will bring up all three of those sites. The 80% frames are not considered to be guns. They can be mail ordered, just like all the other gun parts. There is no license or serial number required. Everyone should have at least one rifle and one pistol that Big Brother doesn't know about.
