Getting over the Flu...
It was a doosey. Monday and Tuesday i was in bed the whole day. I was so nausious i couldn't get up at all. I feel like i have just fought a long hard battle.
Now my knees are sore from all that time off my feet. The muscle is built up to protect the bad knees and i guess not exercising them daily is why they are sore? Still having a heck of a time regulating my body temp. Back and forth between hot and cold.... I miss the hot summer allready. mike gn

 I know where you are coming from. I am just getting over pneumonia. Had me totally wiped out but better now.
