Default The kid learned a lesson today!!!

He found out how tricky it is to drive on snowy roads!!! Lost control and stuffed his Tracker in the ditch on the way to school!!! Neither him or his sister were hurt, but there are two large brown spots on the seats.

Didn't seem to hurt the Tracker any!!! Ya can tell them till your blue in the face about snowy roads, but they ain't gonna listen till they they experience the real thing!!!

He was pretty worried I was going to be pissed, Im just thankful that nobody was hurt!!! Besides I remember my first trip down the road sideways and over the bank!!!!

Going to cost him $35 bucks for a tow truck, Id say he was very lucky!!!

Thanks alot Pa & NJRet -- now you 2 are talking about buying the kid hummer - don't you think I've had enough stress for one day

While Pa was nice & warm & dry at work & the culprit that put the car in the ditch was nice & warm & dry in school
I was the one out in the blizzard , talking to State Police, trying to pull out the stupid vehicle out of the ditch with my SIL's truck, driving on the bad roads to go get our friend with a tow truck to pull him out.

Did I mention it was COLD & snowing hard !!

Oh...yes...I know that feeling...almost did the same on the way to work...did I say work...They laid us off today after giving us threats yesterday that we'd better show up this morning ......reguardless of the weather!!!!! Now the unions having a fit...time of year to give it up till spring!!!! I told the boss this morning (before getting laid off) that if he didn't have work for me today (after the joy ride in...50 miles one way)...he darn well wouldn't tomorrow...it's a solid sheet of ice outside right now!!!!!

I like working in an office. In the past in a really bad storm, they declare a state of emergency and they don't call off work. The bosses are afraid to close the mall without corporate approval. I guess it's better to have a bunch of accidents than lose some $$$$
