I was givin a 7 shot U.S. Revolver #7313 it has wood handles and some rust on it but seems to be in fair working order. Can you tell me something about in like its age and what is it worth if anything. when you cock it it goes to the right opening for a shell would it be safe to fire or not

If a seven shot, I assume it's a .22? Does it break open or does it load on right side? If possible post a photo to confirm identification and whether the wooden grips are original.
