We have always know that California is in a class by itself ( think guns and the 9th Circuit ). I would have normally not posted this, it happens all the time..nothing new. But what bothers me about this is, the BG is only looking at a maximum of 26 years in prison if he's found guilty.
Twenty six years, for taking a hammer and beating a 94 year old woman to death while she lay sleeping in her own bed....by a ' friend '. Wow. ![]() Quote:

It obviously was not an exciting enough story for the news media to spin out of control as they have been doing lately. Had it been otherwise, hammers would now be banned. At least in California.
