H&R Break Open Single Shot 12 gauge Pardner - The Firearms Forum

I was wondering if this shotgun has a removable choke. It says "MOD" so that means its a modified choke. I know the 4.10 model has a removable choke. Does anyone know if the H&R Pardner Single Shot 12 gauge have a removable choke? Its a brand new gun.

Is there a choke in the muzzle that you can see or get a wrench on? Most are silver in color. If not, then it is a fixed Modified choke.

Theres nothing that I can use a wrench on. I cant get on the h&r website

Then more than likely it is a '' Fixed '' choke. I believe most of the H&R's are that way in the single shot set up. I had one 20+ years ago in 12 gauge and it did not have screw in/out chokes. It was a $100.00 gun at the time.

I talked to a gun salesman at a shop and he said that its a fixed choke since it said "MOD" on the barrel which means "MODIFIED" Thanks for the help

I own 2 of these same guns, both of mine are fixed and are labeled as yours is. NEF/HR do make models with changeable chokes, they will have slots for a typical choke tool. It's pretty obvious and as you said you didn't see them so fixed it is.
