Steel mill humor part two
OK, different day, same General Foreman.
This steel mill was the OLDEST steel mill in the US that was still in production. There were still remnants of when mules were used to move the carts of steel around.
And there were some bodacious bugs there.
One night, we caught a HUGE black beetle.
That ceramic coffee cup which the GF used was upside down on his desk, as usual.
Cup up, beetle down, cup back down over it.
The next morning when he came in, he walked in with his paper cup of coffee, picked up his coffee cup and watched the huge beetle scamper across his desk and away across the floor.
He shook his head, poured the coffee into that same cup, and sat down and started sipping it.
No lie, he actually did.
