The Wolf got tired of the Chihuahua
In reading the McDonald opinion, I'm astounded by Justice Scalia's concurring dissertation on Justice Stevens' dissent. In his concurrance, Justice Scalia proceeds to very politely tear Justice Stevens a new one.
He very carefully takes apart every one of Justice Stevens' arguments and burns them in the light of logic, precedence and judicial duty.
