I saw on the news today that a federal court in New York ruled that ACORN is entitled to the funds that Congress voted to ban from them-the gist was that ACORN's issues with the law was a right wing hoax and ACORN has been exconerated..HUH??Since when? Bout time for a tax revolt. I'm thinking.

How would we go about starting a tax revolt that would become big enough to make a differance, and keep the few that started it out of jail ?

This might not be over yet, I for got what state it was but they just put two acorn people in jail that are going to court about this voteing bs.

That article is exactly what I'm talking about, their "help" in getting Al Franken elected, the eagerness to help pimps and hookers set up child prostitution rings, voter fraud all over the country, and so on and so on. This is a splendid example of our tax dollars at work. The corruption and power in this country are so far out of control it's terrifying.

You're right about The Kommie's ties to Acorn, he pretty much recruited them to run his get out the vote effort(and the necessary fraud that went with it).

If i had the money to put this in the NY times. and ask bo bo why the feds are looking the other way i would. Get it out in the paper so people can see it and make bo bo look like the a@@ he is.

I'm sure the right charismatic individual could organize enough folks to not pay taxes...uh huh. My comment was one of frustration and sarcasm, sorry.
It is a nice thought and if everyone who owed taxes beyond what they've paid in for the year,just didn't pay for ,say 1 yr, it would get some attention, I'm sure. People in this country, in general, are too self centered to take any risk in dissent , at least the number of people that would be needed to be effective. People (me included) like to talk and gripe, but without organization and commitment...it's a non-starter
