How is it that Obama got the Nobel Peace Price for sitting doing nothing except what politicians normally do, yet Bush never got it when he freed the people of Iraq from the tyranny of Saddam? Or when he freed the people of Afghanistan from the tyranny of the Tali?

Look at the past winners and then you shouldn't be real shocked he won. I thought the Nobel Committees reasoning was just so typically liberal moonbat, they gave it to him to help him achieve his potential. In other words he's done nothing so maybe this will help. I would say it cheapened the award but after Gore got it, it was impossible to go any lower.

It stopped meaning anything in 1994 when they gave it to Yasser Arafat.
