Well since he is going to live, its a shame the shotgun blast wasn't a little bit south of his midsection.

The bad guy got some shot gun blast in the face. Hope the locals tax dollars don't pay for plastic surgery & it will make it easier to ID the scumbucket in the future. Guess the poor old victim, didn't have enough strength for a follow up shot.
