Anybody have any experience with one? I thought about using it as a medium range deer rifle maybe with a suppressor.

Savage 10. great rifles. Not legal to use a suppressor for deer. Plenty legal for feral pigs, but not for game animals.

yeah. the savage 12 target actions come with the coveted 'red' accutrigger. Adjustable from 2 ounces to 1.5 pounds.

Forget the suppressor for hunting deer.
What mid range yardage? 350 yards, no problem. Other than a treaded muzzle on the HH its just another old school hunting rifle.. Back when they had open sights!! Stick a flash hider or muzzle brake and go hunting. |

My vote is a Vias brake. 35-45% reduction in recoil depending on cartridge.
